保険診療との同日受診は制度上できかねますので、何かお困りの症状がある方は、健診と別日にご受診ください。
また、健診で偶発的に見つかった疾患に対して保険診療を行うことがございますので、マイナンバーカードまたは資格確認書、受給者証、医療症はお持ちいただきますようお願いいたします。
